We take the time to get to know our prospective clients prior to committing to a business relationship. We speak to the key players and decision makers with in the organization up front and at no charge to the client for this time. We ask each one how they use their computers and software to better understand their needs and fustrations. We query each user as to  what they expect from an IT company in the way of problem solving, cost savings, reduced down time and added efficiencies of business operations.

During this process, it gives both parties the time to determine if the relationship will work to each parties best interest. We are not fixers, but problem solvers. We do not apply patches which temporarily fix an issue but drill down to the root of the problem and solve it for the client.
